The Canada Revenue Agency is behaving badly, denying legitimate claims for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC). Just as shameful, is the Agency’s blatant disregard for its own policies and procedures designed to protect the interests of the taxpayer.

It is my hope that this site will help you:

  1. File a claim for the DTC.
  2. Fight back if your claim is denied.
  3. Reach out to your Member of Parliament to ensure tax fairness for all Canadians with disabilities.

In the meantime, I continue to be deeply distressed by the treatment of Canadians with disabilities by our federal government. I urge everyone who shares my concerns to contact their Member of Parliament and let him or her know that there is an urgent need to address the systemic problems in the administration of the DTC by the Canada Revenue Agency.
